在所有的煤炭企业中,机电配件管理都是不可或缺的一项管理工作,它既是机电质量标准化的要求,也是物资供应管理工作的重要部分。随着煤炭企业产能的提高、装备投入的增加,机电配件的消耗量也是同步增长,所以,其管理水平的高低直接影响到本企业的经济效益。结合本人近年来在机电配件管理岗位上的实践,总结几点体会如下。
In all coal enterprises, mechanical and electrical parts management is an indispensable management work, it is not only the standardization of mechanical and electrical quality requirements, but also an important part of material supply management. With the increase of production capacity of coal enterprises and the increase of equipment investment, the consumption of mechanical and electrical accessories is also increasing synchronously. Therefore, the management level of the enterprise directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprise. In my experience in the mechanical and electrical parts management positions in recent years, summed up several experiences are as follows.
