目的：建立替硝唑葡萄糖注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法：根据中国药典1995版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求进行实验[1]。结果：用标示灵敏度为0．5Eu．ml－1，025Eu．ml-1的鲎试剂（TAL）检测细菌内毒素有效，替硝唑葡萄糖注射液无干扰。结论：替硝唑葡萄糖注射液的热原检查可用细菌内毒素检查代替。
Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for tinidazole and glucose injection. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition two contained bacteria endotoxin test requirements of the experiment [1]. Results: The labeling sensitivity was 0.5Eu. ml-1,025Eu. ml Triton reagent (TAL) to detect bacterial endotoxin effectively, tinidazole glucose injection without interference. Conclusion: The pyrogen test of tinidazole glucose injection can be replaced by bacterial endotoxin test.
