“职称评了,一了百了”的思想,目前会计人员有,主管部门和单位负责人也有。这是一种“到顶论”思想,它对职称评聘之后,继续提高财会人员的业务素质十分有害,要花大力气加以克服。为了克服这种消极思想:加强会计人员的聘后管理,特提出如下意见: 第一,定期举办各种会计知识更新培训班。对会计师、高级会计师可举办会计电算化知识培训班、现代管理知识研修班和会计工作技术难点讲座,拓宽知识面,提高这些人员的经营管理水平和决策能力,以适应现代化管理工作的需要,对初级职称人员可举办财政财务法规制度、责任会计、管珲会计、量本利分析等专题培训班,帮助他们正确理解各项财政、财务法规制度及有关政绩,学习财务和会计方面的新理论、新方法,以适应日益发展的工作需要。
