机关的党建工作是机关思想政治工作最为重要的一环,开展机关人员的思想教育工作,使机关人员的思想和行为与党和企业发展方向保持一致,对于提高机关办事效率和服务水平,发挥党组织的先锋模范作用意义重大。当前党中央正在加强和改进党的建设,本文就新形势下开展机关党建工作提出一些看法,和大家共同探讨。
