目的研究不同层数红纱条在不同干热灭菌参数下的灭菌效果和红纱条的性状,制定红纱条制作的标准程序。方法分别选择50、100、150层的红纱条在130、135、140、150、160℃下,干热灭菌60、90、120min,置于红纱条中心位置的生物指示剂菌片培养结果,观察朱红膏在纱布中的浸润情况和红纱条的性状。结果 50层红纱条经160℃60min的干热灭菌后生物指示剂菌片培养结果全部为阴性,而且红纱条中朱红膏浸润良好,纱布无过度干燥现象。结论制作红纱条选择50层160℃60min的干热灭菌参数可保障红纱条达到灭菌效果,并达到节能、环保和降低职业危害风险的目标。
Objective To study the sterilization effect of red gauze strips under different dry-heat sterilization parameters and the properties of red gauze strips, and to establish the standard procedure of making red gauze strips. Methods 50, 100, 150 layers of red gauze were selected at 130, 135, 140, 150, 160 ℃, dry heat sterilization 60,90,120 min, placed in the center of the red gauze biological indicator bacterial culture As a result, the infiltration of the scarlet in the gauze and the properties of the red gauze were observed. Results The results showed that the bio-indicator bacterial culture results of 50-layer red gauze were all negative after dry-heat sterilization at 160 ℃ for 60 min, and the infiltration of vermilion paste in red gauze was good without excessive drying of gauze. Conclusion The production of red gauze strips at 50 ℃ for 60 min at 60 ℃ can protect the red gauze strips from sterilizing effect and achieve the goal of saving energy, protecting the environment and reducing the risk of occupational hazards.
