游戏是幼儿生活的主要内容,是促进幼儿身心发展的重要方式。幼儿教师对游戏的不当介入会造成游戏的低效、无效甚至负效,并且影响着良好师幼关系的形成,阻碍了幼儿身心和谐发展,导致了游戏的异化。幼儿游戏中教师的不当介入主要是教育观念存在偏差、没有正确把握游戏的本质、缺乏必要的游戏素养等方面的原因。要改变这种状况,幼儿教师应该树立正确的教育观念,转变角色;细致观察并正确解读幼儿游戏;把握适宜的介入时机,选择适当的介入方式方法。

Kindergarten teachers improper intervention of the game will cause the game ineffective, ineffective or even negative effect, and affect the formation of a good teacher-child relationship, hinder the harmonious development of physical and mental health children, leading to the alienation of the game.
