用紫外分光光度法考察了替硝唑G注射液和培氟沙星注射液的配伍变化。实验结果表明，二者混合后，在8小时内其外观和pH值无变化。经连续8小时紫外扫描，吸收曲线和吸收值基本无改变。因此，二者临床上混合静滴是可行的。
The compatibility of tinidazole G injection and pefloxacin injection was investigated by UV spectrophotometry. The experimental results show that after mixing the two, the appearance and pH value of the mixture did not change within 8 hours. After 8 hours of continuous UV scanning, the absorption curve and absorption of the basic no change. Therefore, the two clinically mixed intravenous is feasible.
