教育才能的研究已经成为我们时代非常迫切的任务,因为教师的教育才能是教育工作成功的最重要条件之一。由于教育工作是一种最多样的活动,所以,教育才能也是各方面的。传授知识、培养学生技巧的教学才能,应该认为是最基本的教育才能;而借以影响学生的那种教育才能,乃是许多独特品质的复合体;再有,教师是与他所领导的学生集体打交道的,所以,组织能力也是教育才能的组成部份。
The study of educational talent has become a very urgent task of our time, because teachers’ educational ability is one of the most important conditions for the success of educational work. Since education is the most diverse kind of activity, education ability is also in every respect. Teaching ability to impart knowledge and train students’ skills should be considered as the most basic educational ability; the kind of educational talent that can affect students is a complex of many unique qualities; moreover, teachers are dealing with the students he leads. Therefore, the organizational ability is also an integral part of educational ability.
