房地产的发展一直占据经济发展的头条,成为了人们争论不休的话题。房地产业是覆盖面广、关联性强的产业,对我国的经济发展起着重要作用,是我国国民经济的支柱产业,影响着我国人们的生活。但是,随着经济的发展,我国的房地产经济发展前景不容乐观,制约着房地产的健康发展。本文主要分析房地产经济发展的现状,并谈谈房地产经济发展的趋势。
The development of real estate has always occupied the headline of economic development, becoming a topic of endless debate. Real estate industry is a widely-covered and highly-related industry that plays an important role in the economic development of our country. It is the pillar industry of our national economy and affects people’s lives in our country. However, with the development of economy, the prospect of real estate economy in our country is not optimistic, restricting the healthy development of real estate. This article analyzes the status quo of real estate economic development, and talk about the trend of real estate economic development.
