党的十八大报告对卫生工作提出了全面、具体、明确的要求,为医疗卫生事业改革发展指明了方向。引导干部职工深刻理解相关要求,对推动医院发展,构建和谐医患关系十分重要。但由于社会主义市场经济下个别因素对医疗卫生事业的冲击及相对紧张的医患关系的影响,部分医务人员的人生观、价值观、职业观发生了变化,如不进行正确引导,必将影响卫生改革的顺利实施和健康发展。本文针对价值取向偏离、思想亚健康、自主意识增强三种倾向,提出加强思想政治工作不放松、把科学发展观贯彻到党组织建设之中、多措并举构建和谐医院、在抓干部、正风气上下功夫四点建议,希望能对开创医院思想政治工作新格局,营造和谐的医患环境有所帮助。
