论文部分内容阅读
本文对关于机床主轴旋转精度的一些基础理论问题(如主轴误差运动的数学描述、误差运动的频率分析、误差运动各次频率分量对加工的影响等)进行了数学推导和理论分析。对于进一步研究主轴旋转精度的各种具体的测试方法,特别是测试数据的处理方法,这些内容可以提供理论性的依据。文章还指出了目前广泛使用的园图象法存在的问题。最后,介绍了直角座标法的基本原理。
In this paper, some basic theoretical problems (such as mathematical description of spindle error motion, frequency analysis of error motion, influence of frequency components of error motion on machining, etc.) on the precision of spindle rotation are theoretically analyzed and theoretically analyzed. For further study of spindle rotation accuracy of a variety of specific test methods, especially the test data processing methods, which can provide a theoretical basis. The article also points out the problems of the garden image method widely used today. Finally, the basic principle of Cartesian coordinate method is introduced.
