我从事高中教育教学近二十年,亲历一届届高中学子求学的历程,九十年代的学生为了走出农村,为了出人头地,学习上基本是自主的,真有点“不用扬鞭自奋蹄”的感觉。自进入2000年以来,随着我国经济的突飞猛进,城乡生活差距的缩小,独生子女的增多,特别是大学的扩招,大学生就业面临的压力,导致当代的高中生升学愿望不强,学习明显没有动力,同时给学校的教育教学带来前所未有的困难。作为高中一线教育教学的管理者,如何激发高中生的学习积极性,成为我工作的重点。
