研究了掺铜氧化铁陶瓷的负阻特性，并从相结构入手，探讨了负阻机理，分析了该类材料在一定温区内呈现负阻性能的原因。
The negative resistance characteristics of copper-doped ferric oxide ceramics were studied. The negative resistance mechanism was discussed from the phase structure, and the reasons for the negative resistance performance of this kind of material in a certain temperature range were analyzed.
