报告自1988年以来，对10例急性白血病患者以自体骨髓移植结合强化方案治疗，7倒在首次缓解期，3例在第二次缓解期。仅1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病病人的骨髓用普鲁卡因联合加热方法进行体外净化。随访到1993年5月止，7例已持续完全缓解17～45个月。4例曾发生感染，其中绿脓杆菌口腔感染和急性化脓性中耳炎各1例，肛周感染2例，所有病人均经抗生素等治疗后感染被治愈。
The report since 1988, 10 cases of acute leukemia patients with autologous bone marrow transplantation combined with intensive treatment, 7 down in the first remission, 3 cases in the second remission. Only one patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia bone marrow purification with procaine combined with heating method. Followed up to May 1993 only, 7 patients continued complete remission 17 to 45 months. 4 cases had an infection, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa oral infection and acute suppurative otitis media in 1 case, 2 cases of perianal infection, all patients were treated with antibiotics and other infections were cured.
