改革开放以来,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院通过外事工作促成广泛、多样性的国际交流,有效推动了医院的管理改革、学科建设、学术促进、项目引进、人才培养等多方面的发展。随着国家级癌症中心的成立,为更好地服务于对外交流,我院外事工作面临重大改革。相应的改革措施包括更新理念、改变组织构架、完善制度、建立服务团队、构筑信息平台等。 Since the reform and opening up, Tumor Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has facilitated a wide range of international exchanges through foreign affairs and effectively promoted the development of many aspects such as management reform, discipline construction, academic promotion, project introduction and personnel training in hospitals. With the establishment of the national cancer center, in order to better serve the foreign exchange, our hospital foreign affairs are facing major reforms. Corresponding reform measures include updating the concept, changing the organizational structure, improving the system, establishing a service team and building an information platform.
