随着市场经济的发展,企业间的竞争不断加剧,对专业人才的要求越来越高。职业院校作为人才培养的主阵地之一,其相关教育活动应与经济市场紧密相连,以满足企业发展需求,促进学生的成功就业。实践教学体系在职业院校的构建,与理论教学形成优势互补,对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义,这也是素质教育提出的重要任务。本文在对实践教学体系构建原则作出简要分析和论述的基础上,重点就职业院校电气自动化专业实践教学体系的构建策略进行了研究。
With the development of market economy, the competition between enterprises is getting more and more intense, and the demand for professionals is getting higher and higher. As one of the main positions for personnel training, vocational education institutions should closely connect their educational activities with the economic market to meet their development needs and promote their successful employment. The construction of practical teaching system in vocational colleges is complementary to theoretical teaching and plays an important role in improving the quality of personnel training. This is also an important task put forward by quality education. Based on the brief analysis and exposition of the construction principle of practical teaching system, this article focuses on the construction strategy of practical teaching system of electric automation major in vocational colleges.
