近几年,我们以考试评价改革为开端,与日常教学活动紧密结合,促进并保证了我校教育改革不断深化、健康发展,为学生的全面发展奠定了扎实的基础。评价改革与教学改革结合十分必要学校抓教学,同时在追求教学质量的不断提高。过去用分数来评价,有“分数”这一抓手,如今用什么来评价教学质量,以什么为抓手,才能真正保证教学的高质量。如果抓不准,抓不好,就会乱套,质量就会滑坡。我们的主要做法是:一抓教学流程管理的监控与调整;二抓对教师的培训与提高;三抓对学生学力的检测与评定。我们尝试着由一元走向多元,由单一走向综合的管理,做到评价改革与教学改革的协调一致。

If you can not grasp it properly, you will lose it and the quality will decline. Our main approach is: a grasp of the monitoring and regulation of teaching process management; second grasping the training and improvement of teachers; three grasping the student's academic ability testing and assessment. We try to move from unification to diversification and from unification to comprehensive management so that we can evaluate the coherence between reform and teaching reform.
