目前糖尿病加速流行,需要手术治疗的眼科糖尿病患者也日益增加。围手术期快速平稳地血糖控制,不仅能够保证手术顺利进行,还能减少术后并发症,有利于视力的恢复。而胰岛素泵是目前调节血糖最理想的手段。本文回顾了糖尿病相关眼科疾病流行病学以及手术治疗方法,探讨了高血糖和血糖波动对预后的影响以及围手术期血糖的管理,发现胰岛素泵的应用能减少围手术期血糖波动,降低手术并发症,使手术更为安全、有效。
