为建立一种简易获取较大量纯化小鼠组织相容性抗原（Ｈ－２抗原）的方法，采用去污剂溶解小鼠脾细胞膜，单克隆抗体亲和层析法纯化获取小鼠Ｈ－２抗原。结果：电泳显示纯化物为４５ｋｄ（重链）和１２ｋｄ（轻链）两条带，且该纯化物具有明显的免疫学及生物学活性（效价１６４０）。结论：这种亲和层析法纯化的组织相容性抗原，可用于器官移植研究及组织相容性抗原的免疫功能研究。
To establish a simple method for obtaining a large amount of purified mouse histocompatibility antigen (H-2 antigen), the mouse spleen cell membrane was dissolved with a detergent and the mouse H-2 was purified by the monoclonal antibody affinity chromatography antigen. Results: Electrophoresis showed that the purified products were two bands of 45kd (heavy chain) and 12kd (light chain), and the purified product had obvious immunological and biological activity (titer of 1640). Conclusion: This affinity chromatography purified histocompatibility antigen can be used in organ transplantation studies and immuno-functional studies of histocompatibility antigens.
