建国三十年来,在发展我国农业生产中,我国土壤科技工作作出了一定贡献。但土壤科学技术的发展,极不平衡,科技队伍,不过二千余人,特别是由于“四人帮”反革命路线的严重干扰,使土壤教育和科技事业受到破坏,专业人员不少离队。党的十一届三中全会以来,形势大好,但当前土壤科技工作,远远不能满足农业现代化的需要。为了实现我国农业现代化,对社会主义建设作出应有的贡献,我认为必须重点做好下列几项土壤科学工作。
In the thirty years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China’s soil science and technology made a certain contribution in the development of China’s agricultural production. However, the development of soil science and technology has been extremely unbalanced and there are over two thousand scientific and technological personnel. In particular, due to the serious interference with the “gang of four” counter-revolutionary route, soil education and science and technology are undermined. Many professionals have left the army. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the situation has been very good. However, the current soil science and technology work can not meet the needs of agricultural modernization. In order to realize our country’s agricultural modernization and make due contributions to the socialist construction, I think we must focus on the following soil science work.
