智能系统在图书馆的应用,推动图书馆进入了智慧时代,智慧图书馆的快速发展为图书馆的发展提供了一个良好的机遇,同时也为图书馆员带来了挑战。本文论述在智慧图书馆环境下,图书馆员将面临的职业挑战,以及在面临这些挑战的情况下应该采用哪些措施不断提高自身素养,来适应智慧图书馆的快速发展。
The application of intelligent system in the library has promoted the library to enter the era of intelligence. The rapid development of the smart library has provided a good opportunity for the development of the library and brought librarians challenges. This article discusses the professional challenges that librarians will face in a smart library environment and what measures should be taken in the face of these challenges to continually improve their literacy to accommodate the rapid growth of smart libraries.
