2010年,全球经济依然处在持续复苏通道之中,但进入三季度后经济增速出现了明显放缓迹象。尽管国际经济金融形势比较复杂,但我国经济仍然保持较快增长态势,全年经济增速达10.3%。2011年,随着发达国家财政刺激政策逐步退出、新兴市场国家货币政策不断收紧,世界经济复苏动能将进一步下降,全球经济复苏的不协调性增强。在世界经济格局发生深刻复杂变化情况下,我国将加大经济结构调整力度,适当控制经济增长速度,投资与外贸增速会有所减缓,货币信贷增速将有所回落,对通货膨胀预期管理和房地产市场政策调控会进一步增强,但消费需求将继续保持快速增长态势,人民币升值及国际化步伐有所加快,股票市场功能会进一步完善。在国内外复杂经济金融形势下,在强化经济结构调整大背景下,商业银行要防范国际市场变化和各国政策冲突带来的风险,着力调整信贷结构,积极拓展消费、外贸、存款、理财和投资银行等金融服务市场,严控房地产开发贷款风险,顺应监管趋严和利率市场化趋势,加快业务发展方式转变。
