知识经济作为崭新的经济体系,与传统经济体系有如下不同: 1.旧经济的教育以传授技能为目的; 新经济的教育以终生教育为目标。 2.旧经济对社会进行了严格的限制; 新经济使社会不断地发生变化。 3.旧经济的增长与环境保护是相对抗的; 新经济的增长与环境保护是相一致的。 4.旧经济体制下使人明哲保身; 新经济体制下人要勇于承担风险。 5.旧经济维护垄断和专制; 新经济推崇竞争。
As a new economic system, the knowledge economy has the following differences from the traditional economic system: 1. The education of the old economy aims at imparting skills; the education of the new economy aims at lifelong education. 2. The old economy has imposed severe restrictions on the society; the new economy has made the society constantly changing. 3. The growth of the old economy is opposed to environmental protection; the growth of the new economy is consistent with environmental protection. Under the old economic system, people should be well-protected; people under the new economic system should be bold in taking risks. 5. The old economy maintains monopoly and autocracy; the new economy respects competition.
