研究了常规和掺杂0.02wt%硫的IN718合金的蠕变行为。结果表明,硫降低IN718合金的蠕变抗力,使表观蠕变激活能由678.5kJ/mol减小到634.8kJ/mol。计算表明,硫的危害主要来源于其对晶界扩散的促进作用
The creep behavior of IN718 alloy with conventional and 0.02wt% sulfur doping was investigated. The results show that sulfur reduces the creep resistance of IN718 alloy and decreases the apparent creep activation energy from 678.5 kJ / mol to 634.8 kJ / mol. Calculations show that the harm of sulfur comes mainly from its promotion of grain boundary diffusion
