在企业管理日益追求卓越化的过程中,作为“半边天”的女职工在电力企业的生产、管理工作中充当着不可缺少的重要角色,成为企业发展不可缺少的力量。在现有情况下,企业如何以前瞻性的战略眼光创建一流女职工工作,为企业女职工发挥才能提供广阔的平台成为企业值得思考的新课题。因此,本文结合电力企业女职工的实际状况,分析女职工工作中存在的问题和原因,提出具有对女职工工作建设性的对策和建议,从而以人为本促进企业可持续和谐、健康发展,进而带动区域经济可持续发展。
In the increasingly pursuit of excellence in business management, women workers as “half-days” play an indispensable and important role in the production and management of electric power enterprises and become an indispensable force for the development of enterprises.
