2005 is an important year in the history of the development of Chinese company law. At the request of the Scientific Outlook on Development, by drawing on the experience and lessons learned from the implementation of the Company Law over the past 10 years and carefully analyzing the opinions and suggestions put forward by all sectors of society, the Company Law of our country has made important revisions and timely and appropriately readjusted the relevant systems. The company law has completed the transition from government-controlled to enterprise-based autonomy and strengthened the protection of investors so that company law can be better adapted to the needs of the economy and society.
