目的 :对重症严重急性呼吸综合征患者进行骨髓形态学分析 ,从而对诊断和治疗方面提出有益的建议。方法 :抽取 3例重症SARS患者骨髓做骨髓涂片 ,经瑞氏染色后镜下观察细胞形态 ,同时结合血涂片结果制表 ;搜集病人骨髓穿刺前后血细胞计数结果制图。结果 :3例患者骨髓均出现数量不等的噬血细胞和吞噬细胞 ,均有不同程度的一系或多系的骨髓抑制现象。结论 :重症SARS患者骨髓的表现很可能与病毒本身的毒性、用药种类、用药量有关 ,对病人进行严密的实验室检验数据的监测将有利于及时调整药物用量 ,及时对症治疗 ,从而杜绝因感染而引起的并发症
OBJECTIVE: To analyze bone marrow morphology in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome, and to provide useful suggestions for diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The bone marrow samples from 3 severe SARS patients were collected for bone marrow smear. The morphology of the cells was observed under the microscope of Wright’s stain, and the results were combined with the results of blood smears. The blood cell count results were collected before and after bone marrow puncture. Results: There were varying numbers of myelosuppression in the bone marrow of the three patients with varying degrees of hemophagocytic and phagocytic cells. Conclusion: The performance of bone marrow in patients with severe SARS is likely to be related to the toxicity of the virus itself, the type of drug used and the amount of drug used. Monitoring the patient with rigorous laboratory tests will help adjust the dosage of the drug in time and symptomatically and thus prevent infection The resulting complications
