In 2002, the General Assembly made it clear that the general principle and goal of financial work are to keep pace with the times in accordance with the requirements of the “three represents.” How to implement the guidelines and objectives of the general work is a new task before the financial work of our grassroots trade unions. Carrying out the requirements of the “three represents”, we must make efforts based on the principle of using quantity of labor funds for unification, taking all factors into consideration, using properly, satisfying the masses, spending less money and doing more things for the better.
