为控制沥青混合料生产过程中级配变异过大,防止铺筑后的路面产生由混合料级配变异引起的病害,利用分形几何理论对级配的变异性进行研究,给出了控制级配变异性的技术参数。用分形几何理论推导出混合料级配的分形表达式,得到分形理论下描述级配变异性的方法;钻取有车辙病害的路面芯样,通过室内试验得到路面的实际级配数据,计算出相应的级配变异性大小,分析分形几何理论下的级配变异性情况。结果表明:分形几何理论能够很好地从另一个角度去描述沥青混合料的级配变异性,可以用具体的数值来体现实际道路的级配与生产配合比之间的变异情况,为沥青混合料级配提供新的技术参数,有效防止在沥青混合料生产施工过程中级配变异偏大,确保沥青混合料的级配符合工程要求。
