随着我国高等教育的扩招,高职艺术设计专业传统教学与行业需求脱轨,学生缺乏实践经验与动手能力,毕业后不能在短期内胜任一线工作等问题日益突出。文章从加强校企深度合作的必要性出发,分析高职艺术设计专业校企合作中各主体之间的区别和联系,指出合作中存在的问题,提出几点关于校企深度合作的办法,并进行探讨和研究。
With the enlarging enrollment of higher education in our country, the traditional teaching of art design specialty in higher vocational colleges is derailed with the demand of the industry, the students lack of practical experience and hands-on ability, and the problems such as being unable to perform first-line work after graduation can not be highlighted. Based on the necessity of deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, the article analyzes the differences and relations among the subjects in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education, points out the problems in the cooperation and puts forward some suggestions on the in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises For discussion and research.
