一、问题的提出我们公司朝阳水厂二期10万吨/日供水工程,新建了二只4千吨预应力钢筋混凝土清水池,和一座20万吨/日二级泵房(考虑扩建第三期10万吨/日工程)。因清水池距二级泵房较远等原因,水泵吸水管不宜直接伸入清水池,所以在二级泵房附近新建了一个长26.4米,宽4米的吸水井,用一根Ф1300毫米的钢管与二期清水池联接,并预留一根Ф1300毫米的钢管待以后与第三期清水池联接。考虑今后两期清水池需要分别检修,须在两根进水管上分别装一只Ф1300毫米闸
I. Proposal of the problem Our company Chaoyang Water Plant Phase II 100,000-ton/day water supply project has built two 4,000-ton pre-stressed reinforced concrete clear water tanks and a 200,000-ton/day secondary pumping station (considering the expansion of the third Period of 100,000 tons / day project). Due to the fact that the clear water pond is far away from the secondary pumping house, the suction pipe of the pump should not directly enter the clean water pool. Therefore, a new water-absorbing well with a length of 26.4 meters and a width of 4 meters was built near the secondary pumping station. The steel pipe is connected with the second stage clear water tank, and a 1300 mm steel pipe is reserved for later connection with the third stage clear water tank. Considering that the next two clearing ponds need to be overhauled separately, one Ф1300 mm brake must be installed on each of the two inlet pipes.
