我厂过去沒有档案室,只有一个放資料的倉庫,这个倉库里堆滿了各車間、科室送来的裝在麻袋和木箱里的档案和资料。管档案的干部,名义上有一个,实际上只起看堆作用,大部分时间干了总务工作。1956年8月冶金工業部办了个档案訓練班,我厂派了一个同志去学習。1957年2月才成立了档案室,配备了二名干部。我厂从今年2月间开始清理1945年旅大解放至今十余年来积存的档案、資料,这些档案急待清理,因为:(一)由于过去無人管理,非常杂乱,有大量已失效 In the past, there was no archives room in our factory.
