测定土壤中氮的含量是分析土壤样品的主要项目之一。在生产中常用扩散法测定。该法选用的扩散吸收装置——扩散皿,有玻璃与塑料两种。使用这两种扩散皿,不易操作,扩散时间长,而且往往会因密封不好及胶水污染而造成分析误差,甚至分析失败,扩散皿还有滴定不方便、扩散温度不能太高的缺点。本装置采用玻璃扩散瓶,具有密封牢固、滴定方便、挥发扩散氮时温度可达70℃的优点。由于提高了扩散温度,在适当增加硼酸吸收液的条件下,扩散时间从24h缩短到3~4h,大大提高了工效,测定含氮范围50~400μg,完全可满足土壤中氮的测定要求。这种扩散吸收法测定氮的新装置——扩散瓶,具有推广应用的价值。
