细胞核因子κB(Nuclearfactor-κB,NF-κB)对感染、免疫反应以及控制细胞分化和凋亡起到广泛的作用。这些作用在神经系统中较为明显。NF-κB通常以多种亚单位形式存在于各种神经细胞中,并通过多种激活途径被激活后从胞浆易位至细胞核内发挥转录激活作用。NF-κB在对神经系统发育和抗凋亡中以及调节胶质细胞活性过程中起到至关重要的作用,对NF-κB的有关研究对法医学将具有重要的指导意义。
Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) plays a broad role in infection, immune response, and control of cell differentiation and apoptosis. These effects are more evident in the nervous system. NF-κB is usually found in many kinds of nerve cells in various subunits, and translocates from the cytoplasm to the nucleus through a variety of activation pathways. NF-κB plays a crucial role in the development and anti-apoptosis of nervous system and the regulation of glial cell viability. The study of NF-κB is of great significance to forensic science.
