永久性路面设计理论假定沥青混合料存在疲劳极限(EL),该文旨在采用单轴拉压疲劳试验,借助伪劲度比(PSR)这一关键参数确定和预估沥青混合料EL值。研究基于HMA自愈性能,进行了有、无间歇时间的单轴疲劳试验。试验确定了不同温度下高中低三级拉应变值,结果显示PSR的大小受沥青含量、空隙率、温度、间歇时间、拉应变和循环加载次数影响。敏感性分析结果表明:EL值可通过提高温度、增加沥青含量、增大间歇时间和减小空隙率来提高;同时加载作用次数在有间歇时间的加载对PSR影响较小。
The permanent pavement design theory assumes that the asphalt mixture has the fatigue limit (EL). This paper aims to determine and predict the asphalt mixture EL value using the uniaxial tension-compression fatigue test with the key parameters of pseudo-stiffness ratio (PSR). Based on the self-healing properties of HMA, the uniaxial fatigue test with and without intermittent time was carried out. The results showed that the size of PSR was influenced by asphalt content, porosity, temperature, intermittent time, tensile strain and the number of cyclic loadings. Sensitivity analysis results show that the EL value can be increased by increasing the temperature, increasing the bitumen content, increasing the intermittent time and decreasing the void fraction. Meanwhile, the loading effect of PSE has little effect on the loading time.
