如何加速科技成果的推广应用,是科技成果管理的重要内容,也是成果管理工作中的薄弱环节,自1991年始,我们拓宽思路,与有关业务主管部门联合,在全市范围内开展了“科技推广奖励活动”,这项活动在不拨专项经费的情况下,通过调整奖励政策,调动了广大基层战线科技推广人员推广应用科技成果的积极性,收到了较显著的经济和社会效益。
