对常温常压下无旁路及泄漏的TEMA—E型管壳式换热器壳侧气水两相流动特性进行了研究。结果表明:实际换热器中的流型转变及两相摩擦压降特性与理想管束模型的试验结果并非完全一致。针对实际换热器提出了流型转变的无量纲准则方程及两相摩擦压降的预测公式。
The gas-water two-phase flow in the shell side of TEMA-E shell-and-tube heat exchanger with no bypass and leakage at room temperature and pressure was studied. The results show that the change of flow pattern and the characteristic of two-phase frictional pressure drop in the actual heat exchanger are not exactly the same as those of the ideal tube bundle model. For the actual heat exchanger, a non-dimensional criterion equation of flow pattern transition and a prediction formula of two-phase frictional pressure drop are proposed.
