教育是一门艺术,转化学困生是一门重要的艺术,转化学困生是班主任的主要工作之一。我以前的做法是,课堂上严格要求,表扬与批评结合运用;加大课内外作业量,限制学困生的课间活动;经常进行单独谈心和学科补课,加强思想教育和学习指导,力争通过这些手段使学困生变优,但效果并不显著。经过长期的观察,我发现课间活动具有趣味性、知识性、娱乐性强,学生参加范围广的特点,既有利于激发兴趣,发展个性趋长避短,又能淡化角色差异,减轻心理压力。因此,我就利用课间活动的全面渗透,潜移默化转化学困生,收到了比较
