应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦技术，调查了吉林省延边地区２０４名汉族个体唾液酸性富含脯氨酸蛋白基因型分布．基因分布如下，即ＰＲＨ１１＝０．０６６２，ＰＲＨ１２＝０．１８１４，ＰＲＨ１４＝０．７３７８，ＰＲＨ１６＝０．０１４８；ＰＲＨ２１＝０．７８９３，ＰＲＨ２２＝０．２１０７．按ＨａｒｄｙＷｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ法进行吻合度检验，其观察值和期望值一致．
