对高职院校学生的思想特点展开了分析,提出新时期高职院校思想政治教育中存在的问题,就高职院校如何创新思想政治教育工作进行了探讨。高职院校思想政治教育工作必须以科学发展观为指导,主动适应新时期的要求,必须具有时代针对性,加强和改进思想政治教育工作,提高高职学生思想政治教育的实效。
Analyzes the ideological characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the problems in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era, and discusses how to innovate ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges must be guided by the scientific concept of development and take the initiative to meet the requirements of the new era.
