49例临床确诊为重症肌无力病人中眼肌型31例,全身型18例。进行面、尺及腋神经重复频率电刺激。眼肌型面神经重频刺激呈递减现象者34.5%,尺神经为80%,腋神经为71.4%。全身型分别为46.7%、66.7%及100%。除面神经外,尺及腋神经重频刺激递减现象出现率在全身型高于眼肌型。面神经重频刺激在眼肌型及全身型的递减现象出现率低于尺及腋神经(P<0.05)。23例同时作面、尺及腋神经的重频刺激,有一次以上出现递减现象者占91.3%。高于国内报告的单纤维肌电图的阳性率88.5%。
49 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with myasthenia gravis in 31 cases, 18 cases of systemic type. Face, ulnar and axillary nerve repetitive frequency electrical stimulation. Ocular muscle facial nerve frequency reduction was 34.5%, ulnar nerve 80%, axillary nerve 71.4%. The body type was 46.7%, 66.7% and 100% respectively. In addition to the facial nerve, ulnar and axillary medullary frequency reduction phenomenon appears in the body type higher than the ocular muscle type. Occurrence rate of facial muscle and systemic decrease was lower than that of ulnar nerve and axillary nerve (P <0.05). Twenty-three patients underwent multiple-frequency stimulation of facial, ulnar and axillary nerves at the same time, accounting for 91.3% of all cases. The positive rate of single fiber electromyography higher than the domestic report was 88.5%.
