引致我国前阶段经济总量失衡的原因是多方面的,但主要可以从总供给、总需求和政策诱导三方面加以考察。在总供给方面,由产品经济到有计划商品经济的改革,促使总供给对市场的依赖性增强,形成一定程度的周期性运动机制。这是总量失衡的基本原因。不过,仅有这点尚不足以导致全面性的市场疲软。事实上,改革开放以来,我国商品体系的更新换代过程对总需求产生的剧烈冲击,经由国民经济对总需求的依赖性,构成我国现阶段经济总量失衡机制的特殊性。本文主要从总需求方面,分析造成前阶段经济总量失衡的机制。
The reasons leading to the imbalance of the total economic output in the previous stage of our country are many. However, we can mainly examine the three aspects of aggregate supply, aggregate demand and policy guidance. In terms of total supply, the reform from a product economy to a planned commodity economy led to an overall supply-to-market dependence and a certain degree of cyclical movement. This is the basic reason for the total imbalance. However, this alone is not enough to result in a comprehensive market weakness. In fact, since the reform and opening up, the violent impact of the upgrading process of China's commodity system on aggregate demand has, through the dependence of the national economy on aggregate demand, constitute the peculiarity of the imbalanced economic aggregate at the present stage in our country. This paper mainly analyzes the mechanism that causes the unbalance of economic aggregate in the previous stage from the aspect of aggregate demand.
