南雄县国营帽子峰林场经济发展迅速,经营管理卓有成效,1987年被广东省林业厅和韶关市林业局评为“省林业设备管理先进单位”和“市国营采育场经营管理先进单位”,1988年又被广东省人民政府、广东省木材公司评为“省先进集体”和“省经营管理先进单位”.它的改革实践,为人们提供了许多宝贵经验,其中相当重要的一条,就是重视企业文化建设和企业精神培养,以精神的力量促进林场经济不断发展.本文通过对帽子峰林场的实地调查研究、考察其企业精神的内容、形成过程及其作用.
Nanxiong County State-run hat peak farm economy has developed rapidly, fruitful management, in 1987 by the Guangdong Provincial Forestry Department and Shaoguan City Forestry Bureau as “the provincial forestry equipment management advanced unit” and “state-owned mining field management advanced unit” In 1988, it was appraised as “Provincial Advanced Collective” and “Advanced Unit of Provincial Operation and Management” by People’s Government of Guangdong Province and Guangdong Timber Company. Its reform practice provided many precious experiences for people. One of the most important ones is to pay attention to Corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit training to promote the sustainable development of forest farm economy by the spirit of force.This paper through the field investigation and study of hat peak farm to investigate the content of its entrepreneurial spirit, the formation process and its role.
