本文在对传统电动压下轧机压下系统进行简要介绍的基础上,对电动压下系统能力的提升、机构的完善进行了总结。鉴于液压AGC逐渐替代电动压下机构的趋势,总结了短行程液压AGC改造的要点,特别对长行程液压AGC改造方案的设计思路和要点进行了阐述,为电动压下轧机改造的设计工作和设备管理提供参考。
Based on the brief introduction of the traditional electric rolling mill reduction system, this paper summarizes the improvement of the electric reduction system and the improvement of the mechanism.
