学校文化应该是一所学校在长期的教育实践中形成的特殊文化,是由全体师生共同创造、积淀和秉承的,并为其成员共同遵循的理念、精神、价值观;也是规章制度、行为方式、物质设施等的整合和结晶。它是彰显学校办学特色、凝聚人心的精神引领,起着“以文化人”的功效。其本质意义在于影响和制约学校内人的发展,其最高的价值在于促进学校内人的发展。2008年10月,我校“开发校本资源,弘扬民族文化——南汇一中培育现代公民实践研究”的研究项目被上海市教委教科研处批准立项为上海市规划课题。多年来,我校通过一系列的“实践一反思一再实践一再反思一总结提升”的探索,不断强化优秀传统文化的影响,引领学校师生发展,滋养师生人文素养,起到了一定的效果。
