Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Cnidium can increase serum SOD activity in mice with “yang deficiency” and have anti-trichomonas effect. However, modern pharmacological studies on anti-aging of Cnidium monnieri have not been reported at home and abroad. This experiment was to observe the different administration time of Cnidium decoction on D-galactose-induced mice, SOD in red blood cells, Na+, K+-ATPase in brain tissue, and testicular mitochondria.
