采用双剪切方法,研究了钒对TiAl金属间化合物高温变形行为的影响。发现钒能显著提高TiAl化合物低温塑性、降低韧脆转变温度,加钒的TiAl化合物的强度在700℃以下随温度提高而提高。
The effect of vanadium on the high temperature deformation behavior of TiAl intermetallics was investigated by double shear method. It was found that vanadium can significantly improve the low temperature ductility of TiAl compounds and decrease the ductile-brittle transition temperature. The strength of TiAl-containing compounds increases with increasing temperature below 700 ℃.
