热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一种非特异性细胞保护蛋白,其中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)是整个热休克蛋白(HSP)体系中的最保守的、最丰富的和最重要的。无论实验研究还是临床研究均已证实它的分子伴侣功能、细胞保护功能,可抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化等作用。并且实验研究证实热休克蛋白70对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用,所以对其生物学方面的进一步研究将对缺血性脑损伤的临床治疗提供新思路。
Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are nonspecific cytoprotective proteins in which heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) is the most conserved, the most abundant, and the most important of the entire heat shock protein (HSP) system. Both experimental studies and clinical studies have confirmed its molecular chaperone function, cell protection, anti-apoptosis, anti-oxidation and so on. And experimental study confirmed that HSP70 has a protective effect on ischemic brain injury, so further study of its biology will provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of ischemic brain injury.
