通过分析双桥油气悬架组的液压系统原理,建立全路面起重机双桥油气悬架组的7自由度数学模型,并基于AMESim仿真软件对其建立仿真模型。在4个车轮同时受载荷激励、单侧车轮受载荷激励和单桥车轮受载荷激励3种工况下,分析双桥油气悬架组的位移、加速度、系统压力、侧倾角和俯仰角的振动特性,以及不同阻尼孔直径对振动特性的影响,为双桥油气悬架组的研发提供参考。
By analyzing the principle of hydraulic system of Shuangqiao hydro-pneumatic suspension group, a mathematical model of 7-DOF of double-bridge hydro-pneumatic suspension group was established, and the simulation model was established based on AMESim simulation software.
