随着近几年来艺术类高职院校的大量扩招,生源质量有所下降,学生不但文化素质不高,而且绘画基本功也普遍偏低。部分学生思想认识水平低,相关文化知识也相当贫乏,他们简单地认为一个艺术专业的大学生,只要能学好专业课就是高素质。另一方面,相对于学生数量急剧增加的情况,艺术类院校的教学硬件明显跟不上现实的变化和需要,在不同程度上存在着重专业、轻素质,重技育、轻德育的现象。加强艺术类高职学生的人文素质教育,切实培养他们的人文精神,既是艺术类高职学生专业素质教育的一项重要内容,又是加强艺术类高职学生职业素质教育的一条重要途径。
With the massive enlarging enrollment of art vocational colleges in recent years, the quality of students has declined. Students not only have low educational level, but also have generally low basic skills in drawing. Some students have a low level of ideological understanding and a relatively low level of cultural knowledge. They simply think that a college student majoring in art should have a high quality as long as it can learn professional courses. On the other hand, relative to the sharp increase in the number of students, the teaching hardware in the arts colleges obviously can not keep up with the real changes and needs. In varying degrees, there is a phenomenon of focusing on professionalism, light quality, heavy technical education and light moral education. Enhancing the humane quality education of arts vocational students and cultivating their humanistic spirit are both an important part of professional quality education of art students in vocational colleges and an important way to strengthen vocational quality education of art students in vocational colleges.
